SAMPLE PROGRAM PLAN:
Here is a sample program plan. Program plans are generated based a child's BMI percentile, age, and gender. This plan would NOT be appropriate for most members but does give you an idea of how the system works. Each member gets his/her own individualized plan, complete with checkboxes to use throughout the day to keep on track.
