		<description>Dr. Dolgoff - this seems like another typical example of how our society approaches problems re-actively with legislation instead of proactively approaching it with education and prevention.  I believe that you are correct - some parents are doing everything that they can while others are not armed with the tools and resources OR simply do not take responsibility.  These &#039;childhood&#039; obesity problems needs solved while the children are still young or they may be destined as life long problems.</description>
