		<description>I wouldn&#039;t give my children either one of those. They are both full of sweeteners and artificial preservatives.  Do yourself and your children a favor and give them just all natural raisins. If your kids crave a little extra flavor you can coat your raisins with cinnamon or add them to a trail mix with nuts and other dried fruits. Raisins are also excellent in oatmeal. Steel cut oats are the best for you because they use more of the grain than the other oatmeals.</description>
